Enterprise architecture support, certified data delivery, and modernization process development for Air Force digital transformation initiatives. Focused on integrating disparate data sources to support Defense Business System (DBS) investment decisions and enterprise architecture governance. 

Integrated data from multiple Air Force systems to deliver certified, authoritative data supporting the Defense Business System (DBS) Investment Review Process. This work enabled informed decision-making on major IT investments by providing leadership with accurate, timely data on system costs, capabilities, and relationships.

Developed an agile Business Capability Assessment and Collaboration (BCAC) process streamlining demand assessment for new IT initiatives. This process helped the Air Force evaluate new system requests against existing enterprise services, identifying opportunities for reuse and consolidation rather than new development. The BCAC process reduced redundant IT spending and improved architectural alignment across the enterprise.

Implemented data warehousing solutions aggregating information from multiple source systems, enabling efficiency analysis and identification of cost savings opportunities. Advanced analytics revealed duplicate capabilities, underutilized systems, and optimization opportunities that informed portfolio rationalization decisions.
